How do I know whether to join the Academy or apply to the Agency?
The Academy is designed for creators who are building their foundation and want expert guidance, structure, and community.
The Agency is for established creators who are already creating consistently and feel ready to step into brand partnerships with professional support.
If you’re unsure, you can still apply, we will guide you towards the most appropriate pathway.
What makes The Creator Estate different?

Do I need a certain number of followers to join the Agency?
There is no strict follower requirement. We look at the overall quality of your content, your consistency, your positioning, and your potential, not just numbers
Can I move from the Academy into the Agency?
Yes. Many creators begin within the Academy and move into the Agency as they grow. The two are designed to work together as part of the same ecosystem.
What happens after I apply to the Agency?
All applications are reviewed carefully. If successful, we will reach out to discuss next steps and the most suitable tier for you within the agency.
Is the Agency exclusive?
The Creator Estate operates across different levels of representation. Network and Select representation are non-exclusive, while Exclusive Management offers a fully exclusive, highly personalised approach.
How does payment work within the Agency?
We operate on a 25% commission across brand partnerships secured through the agency. This ensures our work is directly aligned with your growth and success.
How does the TCE subscription work?
The Creator Estate is available as a monthly subscription at £39. This gives you direct access to our expert guidance, collaboration and event opportunity, specialist resources and our supportive community.
It’s designed to be accessible, while still providing real value, giving you the structure and insight many creators are missing when starting out.
For creators looking for more personalised support, we also offer Academy Coaching, which provides a more tailored and hands-on level of guidance alongside the core Academy experience.
What if I’m not accepted into the Agency?
Not being accepted simply means it may not be the right stage yet. Many creators continue their journey through the Academy and reapply at a later point.
